CrunchyRoll is doing incredibly well this season. They have every single show I want to watch.

I look forward to the announcement on the CR front page itself to see what day it airs. Since the first episode already aired in Japan, I guess they'll put it up right away? Or perhaps they're basing it off another broadcast. Either way, great news.

Not only are they getting all the good stuff (I think Vampire Bund is the only major new title they're missing?), it's all going to be available in the UK!

Well that's disappointing. The one anime (Nodame Cantabile Finale) I wanted to watch won't be legally streamed... Anime cry

And shouldn't this have been announced on here after it was announced on CR?

This looks like it might be pretty good. There are a lot of people working on this show that have made shows I really enjoyed in the past.

Are you mad that a news sites got an early lead on a news story?

Well the PR was released so its like they got an early lead or so. They just have been slow with mentioning it on their site.

OH?! I guess that's one less series to clog-up my hardrive Razz .
Seriously though, this is very welcome news. I thought the first episode was rather good, and its got some big names working on this one. Now I can enjoy it legally!

Mm, £4 a month is half of what I pay for my mmorpg, so I have nothing to complain about.

It's the quality I have real issues with, $6.95 tho a month for like 4 episodes of a the ONE show I'd want isn't worth it just yet to me. Kinda odd that episode 2 airs in a few days and they JUST announce this.

From what I've heard they really wanted to make these announcements last week, but the two weeks of holidays caused them some trouble getting final approval from the companies so they made the announcements this week.

Looks like Monday at 10am (EST) will be the stream time, but they're holding the first episode until then. Rolling Eyes I already watched the premiere and really enjoyed it. Kinda reminds me of Library Wars in that it's a very unconventional military series. The animation and art was really nice, they did a great job of capturing the liveliness of the town. Very happy to see CR get this, this is one of three shows they picked up that I intended to watch this season.

I would like them to improve their translation qualities a bit. I suppose they have a lot of pressure because of the simulcast and not much time for the translation, but still ... some of these translations are far from professional, unfortunately v.v

Their translators are good enough, they just need some quality check. I was watching Fairy Fail yesterday and the word "dieing" came up, a quality checker couldn't possibly miss that, thus I came to the conclusion that they don't quality check most of their videos; perhaps none.

The subtitles for Durarara!! didn't always fit on the page, and they translated the title of the first episode wrong, apparently having not realized it was a yojijukugo. But hey, the video quality was awesome, as was not having to wait a week. How long is So-Ra-No-Wo-To going to be? Will the three months I think I'll buy cover it?

Apparently Durarara!! will not air over here, so I can't really opine on that.
