Disappointed that it's basically a "fan-fic", or a "tribute" to the genre than anything new. But this is as close as I'll get to seeing "Touch", so I guess I'll settle for it.

Though the art is well drawn, since I can't under stand Japanese, it's not as enjoyable.

Takahashi's effort maybe, but the rest looks like the stuff one sees in a manga competition for new artists. I hope this is a rough draft.

Are you talking about Adachi's art here? He's an extremely skilled manga artist, a man with huge talent. His art looks simple and cartoonish, but the point is, its extremely clean, well conceived and frightently consistent - his style hasn't changed much in the last twenty years.
