Wasn't Kaleido Star more the brainchild/IP of Junichi Satou and Hal Film Maker, with Gonzo mainly providing production resources? Though of course there could still be rights issues, including with ADV's involvement.

And as a side note, imo Gonzo did continue making passable (if not great) anime through the mid-2010s, such as AoKana, Akiba'S Trip, Seiyuu's Life, Blade & Soul, and A Town Where You Live.

I don't think Tiffany Grant can be labeled "active." The only things she's done since 2016 are a few callbacks/returning roles for the Girls und Panzer Finale movies and the last Evangelion Rebuild movie. Maybe she'd return if all the (Kaleido) stars aligned, especially for a quick one-off special or OVA, but it seems unlikely. From what I've heard, Grant and Matt Greenfield divorced awhile back, and she moved out of Texas and away from the anime dubbing scene.
