As I've pointed out previously, weekly shounen magazene has adapted pretty much all of their "oldest" running series, this is another of their "older" series

Man, I wonder what are the chances Mori Calliope will get a shot to sing the OP or ED song for this series since she's a huge fan of the series (her Twitter icon is even designed by the manga-ka).

Nailed it, i was thinking of either BONES or DAVID as they animated Ohkubo Atsushi-sensei's works and Kei Urana-sensei who worked as his assistant also has this particular graffiti-like aesthetic.

That was a great video and the summary has me interested. I can't wait for the preview. Now why did the music remind me of Concrete Revolutio.
