I'm glad to see more Broccoli otome games in the future!
Looking forward to buying the English version of JackJeanne and I hope it won't be the last one localized!
(Also wouldn't mind a Utapri or Kamigami no Asobi localization Broccoli...)

I'm surprised we still haven't seen a single Utapri game licensed aside from Shining Live. Maybe this will change that?

Beyond simply targeting players who happen to like to play otome games, is there really still a need to target a specific gender demographic? I think the majority of people today who comprise the internet and gaming communities consistently transcend and shun demographic marketing that persist in trying to define and identify them. Companies just need to produce good games that everyone can enjoy regardless sex, gender identity or orientation.

Considering the amount of shit female fans faced for liking joseimuke stuff compared to men targeted stuff, yes there's still needs for girl targeting stuff. It's not like non-eomen can't enjoy it anyway. Men and others can still enjoy joseimuke just like how women enjoy shounen/seinen stuff.
