I really hope that he recovers from this. I'm aware that cheating is wrong, but the man doesn't deserve the crazy amount of threats and flames from the fans.
I don't care about his personal life, I like him for his voice acting, but when his mental health starts to deteriorate and he stopped taking roles because of this mess, it makes me quite mad. People just take everything on face value based only the existing clues. Nobody really knows what truly happened with his marital life except himself and his partner. And even if it turns out to be the whole truth with him 100% at fault, what they did behind curtains shouldn't be of your concern, let them sort their own family matter. People should like or dislike an actor based on their act and performance, not their private life. |

What, so if someone is a racist homophobic puppy kicker in their private life, but performs well we should just like them without question? Likewise, someone could be a lovely, charitable person but they do a shit job at voice acting so we should dislike them? I understand where you're coming from but I don't think that's the right way to approach this. There's separating the art from the artist and there's being willfully ignorant. |

You're right. Some people is acting like judging "Ned Flanders" and say whatever is in their mind without any filter. We don't really know anything about their life. It doesn't help that maybe they couldn't be together because of Kimetsu no Yaiba success. I'm not to say that KnY or Lisa are guilty of anything because of that. We need to be proper human beings. |

There's also something called perspective where a person cheating on their spouse is not even remotely in the same category as being a racist homophobic puppy kicker, no matter how large tabloids and people with nothing better to do with their time blow it up just because the spouse is kinda famous and that means ad revenue and social media clout. Also, I really wish people would stop speculating and using tabloids as facts, Christ, every damn click on garbage media like the articles linked above, every retweet, every wild speculation taken at face value, is an incentive for them to keep the ball rolling and make this stupid thing bigger than it is, making it even more difficult for everyone actually involved who are having an actually bad time and not, y'know, watching from a distance and crying about how bad it makes them feel. I'm not a fan of Suzuki, I'm not particularly invested in his person or his career one way another, but it's just so disheartening to see fans jumping headfirst into the garbage pile and even helping lighting it on fire without giving a damn about how this affects him, his wife, or even the franchises he's involved with. |

I don't click on "weird links" but i'm not to deny that you can be right. Maybe i'm even contributing to that right now but i'm genuinely worried about T. Suzuki as an actor and singer that i like. |
