Remove English Staff and Cast from Comic Party Revolution OAV

I've got the ADV DVDs, and there's only one version of those first 4 episodes, the TV broadcast version (nowhere on the DVD is there a "Select OAV version" option), and the runtime on the first 4 episodes is all around 23:30. I recently downloaded DVD fansubs from [redacted], and the runtime on them is significantly longer, around 29 minutes per episode, though there's a 45 second intro at the beginning of all of them. I'm unsure of if that's something the fansub group created, or was actually on the Japanese DVDs.

In any case, the TV broadcast versions of the first 4 episodes are not exactly the same thing as the OAVs seeing as the OAVs are longer. ADV Films had licensed only the TV series, not the OAV (they're also separate licenses to begin with), thus there's completely inaccurate info on the OAV page and it all needs to be removed (never mind entirely wrong assumptions like M.O.F.C. doing the DVD authoring which is false). This is the equivalent of saying Maiden Japan licensed the Gunbuster OAV because they licensed the movie when they're not the same thing and also are separate licenses (nobody put this down, just giving an example).
