I'm honestly shocked that Kurumada's going to end it all in just one volume. I wouldn't be surprised if Kurumada has been truncating Otoko Zaka from his original plans (back in the 80s) just so that it can be finished, but I was figuring that this last arc would take at least 3-5 volumes, if only because Kurumada had established a lot of people for Jingi & his crew to take on back during the 80s run.

Still, at least he'll finally will be able to say that he finished his magnum opus, something he certainly wasn't able to do 35 years ago.

This reminds me of when Jack Kirby got to do a truncated conclusion to his Fourth World saga with the Hunger Dogs graphic novel, 12 years after DC cancelled those books. I hope Otokozaka's final volume turns out better than that GN did.
