Kinda looking forward to this but also 100% waiting on other people to play it first and report back.
The first game felt like an early PS3-era minecraft spin that somehow came out 8 years after it should've. AI that couldn't handle staircases, rooms not registering properly, everything just feeling clunky in a way that minecraft-likes had long since figured out and gotten past... if DQB2 can actually fix all that it will be worth playing. But it's a big IF.

HYPE! I adored the hell out of the first Builders game! Even though, yes, as JohnHawk mentioned, it did have some flaws that needed to be ironed out (but I was ok with my townspeople not knowing how to ladder, it kept them out of my way when I was doing things many a time, but the room registry? That could be a bit of an issue at times, even if I WAS in the 100 square limit with a light and door), and hopefully the combat won't suck as much. But, I would ALSO be lying if I said it was the most fun RPG I had played on PS4 until Persona 5 came out and it's still charming as hell and I adore Builders! If I had a Switch, I probably would've bought the game again, because why not?
