Next one in line after Souryo to Majiwaru Shikiyoku no Yoru ni... and Skirt no Naka wa Kedamono Deshita.
Atleast i assume its gonna be similair due the tags of the manga that i saw. Also this made me think they perhaps made a special air slot for this type of shows so we might get more of em in the future o.o

Bcz they are short manga and not many volumes out. If they made it a 24min long episode we would probably only get 1 or 2 episodes then since they would run out of material to use xD

I assume from the title that it's a setup through a matchmaker and the couple turns out to unexpectedly be teacher and student?

Oh, so that's what it is. I thought they did it like that because these were adult manga and not many people would be watching them. Or could watch them.

Would that apply, given that it is the male that is the student?

Wait. The boy is the student???
Well, that's a turn-off for me. I won't be watching this now.

That, and the pacing of events lends itself well to it; many manga made for adult audiences seem to pace things to get through things quickly. Presumably the idea behind it being that people in the workforce have a lot less in the way of free time to be spending reading manga, so it gets to the point quickly.

Well there's a pair of double standards for you.
Yes, women can be sexual predators too, and student/teacher relationships are dodgy whether it's female student and male teacher or male student and female teacher.
And if you're fine with one but absolutely put off by the other, that's just straight up a double standard.

Yeah. I for one, find it refreshing. If these kind of series have to be made, why not switch it up a bit? I might check this out, when it comes out.

I don't recall any Dateline "To Catch a Predator" segments that involved a woman trying to hook up with a young boy (which I why I queried if referencing Chris Hansen would apply),
That also points out a simple truth: While women can be sexual predators, they are far less likely to be.
I'll use this opportunity to bring up another item that bothers me: That dating in many peoples' minds appears to be automatically equated with sexual activity. What happened to it being to get to know the other person? Do people these days move on to make out sessions, heavy petting, and sex in short order, and thus believe it works that way in all cultures?

If their main selling point is fan service/smut, there's not much reason to have full-length episodes.

Isn't it more that society tends to treat preying on younger men as less of an issue? A younger guy is "scoring" when he gets with an older woman. But lately, that's starting to change even a little bit. (Like the teacher that did get in trouble.) It's a bad double standard that society also puts out, and should treat equally. (Because younger people being preyed, is them being preyed on, regardless of gender.)
In this case though, isn't it specifically an adult series? It's not that they're dating is the issue (alone), but if it's an adult series, that means they're doing adult things.

For all we know, they could simply choose not to air cases where they catch a woman trying to get with a young boy. The whole thing is built on getting ratings out of outrage at predators, and male predators generate way more of that than female ones.
And sure, there are way fewer of them around, but there is still a tremendous double standard to peoples reactions when they get found out.

I wonder how far things go in this series that the "complete" (aka uncensored?) version of the episodes have different VAs...
