Yay! I've been waiting for a Myriad Colors Phantom World release. Was worried it would be stuck in limbo for years since it wasn't super popular. I loved it and hopefully the limited edition comes with something cool.

I'm hoping -and was part of a package deal because why the hell would you release that and not you know, some actual good sequels to shows like Fafner Exodus.
It was freaking awful and I loved the original. Talk about twisting the knife. 
And is probably one of the best examples of how to do a sequel wrong. |

So, does this mean no one has Re:Zero. On the one hand this keeps my hopes alive that Sentai will get the disc rights. On the other hand, Re:Zero finished airing almsot one year ago, and no one has gotten the physical distribution rights?
If I remember correctly this was one of the first titles that Crunchyroll announced dub plans for. An eventual physical release was a forgone conclusion. |

And was never streamed. The original was though. Honestly; should've picked up the recap movies for the original first before And (because And's awful) but then again, Funimation has tended to ignore those given that the Aquarion film/OVAs are still unavailable legally in the west. |

The two major theories I've heard is" Crunchyroll is going to announce a Re;Zero (and probably Konosuba) dub at their expo at the end of the month and the other is due to it's popularity, the licence for it got ridiculously expensive and priced both Funi and CR out. Also, I doubt Sentai would get to dub it/ physically release it at this point as they would want the series on either HiDive or Anime Strike. |

I wonder if Myriad Colors Phantom World will be something Funimation dubs or if Crunchyroll started production before they got involved.

Shame we did not get Bungo yet, but I suppose Funimation must be at max capacity right now. Both dubbing and release schedule wise. Happy we are getting 91 days and Your name in november. With Limited editions too!

My thoughts, as well. I hoped they might do the High School of the Dead thing and do a single as an addendum for those who already bought the other releases, but I guess that didn't sell particularly well. |
