Oh wow, this still exists? Last we got any new news on it was about 3 or so years ago. So I assumed it had been quietly cancelled. I'm interested to see how it'll turn out.

Oh, so they know they're screwing around with the other anime. Why couldn't they do the same for the other anime?? This is so unfair imo...

I have no idea what this is. But the MC is good looking. I'll check it out.

Never heard of this series, but it's good to see Netflix doing something different with showing anime.

I just want to say that I read the title as "Sword Gal" for a moment there and was incredibly confused.

But it's neat that netflix is going to premiere it worldwide, even if I wish they'd do that with Children of the Whales first.

With Netflix's deep pockets, they should have specified if this will be a delaycast for US/Canada audiences (which it likely will be). When it comes to big American media companies getting into the anime licensing, I think the only company who has a good track record at doing it is Disney.

It won't be a delaycast, it will be like Devilman Crybaby, where all episodes will only be available on Netflix worldwide, not even on Japanese tv.

I'm thinking it could be like Relife and everything will be put up right at the beginning. Otherwise it calls into question their model for the rest of their anime releases outside of Japan.

Same here. Realizing that it was Gai instead of Gal actually left me feeling disappointed. I was thinking it was a series about a badass female warrior. Still, I guess this could be interesting.

How did you get to that conclusion? That trailer was the manga trailer.

I hope so cause the premise at least sounds interesting.
