Been reading this recently. The series reminds me of Area no Kishi from awhile ago although there's not nearly as many chapters out.

Well sports aint my cup of tea so meh ye smth to skip but i guess the sports fans gonna look forward to it since its this time some soccer anime, so far i have seen all other sports anime was quite surprised that there wasnt any soccer anime around so was expecting it to happen sooner or later

Never heard of it but I'm always up for more football anime. From the mangaka of Over Drive which I rather enjoyed so looking forward to it.

With that many volumes out, if they aren't going for the 100+ episode route, I think they could actually do about 39-52 episodes worth. I think it's a good idea that they waited almost 3 years to have such an announcement because that gives time to develop the show.

I have never heard of this series until today, but I definitely want to read/watch it. I love sports series (Free!, Yowamushi Pedal, Diamond no Ace, Haikyuu!!, Kuroko no Basket, Prince of Stride) so a soccer manga and anime should also join the list. Hopefully I won't become obsessed like I have with all the other sports series I've read and watched :3
