I'm so confused. But I'll check it out regardless.

The Manga is funny in parts because it's meant to be a p*** take, but I can see this being very hit and miss for some viewers.

This is very ideal to have while waiting for the 2nd season of the main series.

This is what people should remember. It's likely not so much focused on bringing the manga spin-off to life so much as it is having the (complaining, often ungrateful) fans something to wait with - and they'll probably complain somehow anyway.

Even if some people feel it will ruin the image they had of the character, just watch the main series again after you watch the spin-off.

Agreed, this is gonna be a weird and fun way to spend time while we wait for season 2. Smile

I think this is gonna be a lot of fun.

I'm looking forward to this. I also really hope they have the original soundtrack; the contrast between the music and what's happening would be really funny, I think. Probably won't happen, though (but maybe in choice scenes?).

What's weird and a little funny is how most of the characters are in the same class despite being different ages. Confused

But it would be stupid to split them up so I can get why putting them all in one class would make things easier.

I have to agree. First trailer was better, just for this.

What you guys are describing won't happen not only because the composer is different, but also because it's already been done before. In the "original" chibi spin-off series "Shingeki no Chibi Specials" (or the paneled version, 4-Koma), they used soundtracks such as "Attack on Titan - vocal by Mika Kobayashi" and "XL-TT" in a humorous effort to contrast the dramatic music with the nonsensical events that are present.

You should really watch those if that's the humor you're wishing for, they also seem to be really similar to what's in store for Junior High, such as subtle foreshadowing to future events/character deaths/etc., and you can pretty much find lots of merch of it at any mass retailer that sells Attack on Titan.

I would say that Funi is likely going to attempt to do a broadcast dub of this.

This time the Titans aren't only the people, but also their snacks. The horror. Smile
