I used to enjoy Smile magazine when i was younger. I always liked the teen magazine/manga combo! =). But it was discontinued in 2002 and I was wondering where would i go to buy the old issues? (They no longer have a site,BTW)

Smile magazines are going to be VERY hard to come by. The company that put out Smile, Mixx Entertainment, is now called Tokyopop, and they ARE still in business....check out www.tokyopop.com. Some of the manga in Smile should be findable, but the mags themselves will be tough.
Also, you might want to check out the new magazine Shojo Beat that fills much the same niche that Smile did. Take a gander at www.shojobeat.com. |
