Hopefully very soon. The latest episodes were like comedy with the censors. Anyways, it's good news for sure.

Guess I'll be holding off on watching future episodes until these get posted.

Wow, this is very surprising after reading that recent Answerman regarding the censorship in anime in Japan. Shocked

This oh so much, the broadcast censorship is uglier than most anime monsters.

Thank friggin' God. Whoever was in charge of the censored version should be repeatedly punched in the face.

I get that some people like gore and artists want the freedom to create the story they want. But there is certain stuff that we can all probably agree should not be aired on TV at whatever time you want. I imagine the creators of this show knew at some time in advance what timeslot they were likely to get. My question then is why put in so much effort to make such a gory show knowing this is what would happen? Did they not explore other options, like online only release, or a multi-part OVA?

Well Blood-, it may be annoying but at least the massive censorship does back up/confirmed what Gundam SEED's director said about anime has too many regulation (which I believe censorship falls under).

Removing the censorship won't make the writing any better, but I suppose it could be a fun gore-fest. Right now I'm having trouble finding any redeeming qualities about this show. I do like their uniforms though, those coats are pretty awesome.

With your "should not be aired on TV" statement, I agree, but it depends on the stuff. The BDSM Qwaser's Hana and her loli dominatrix lover had is an example (then again, I wish that stuff wasn't even in the manga) is an example.

Yeah, I'm gonna hold off too. I hate censorship, whether its for violence or for nudity. I've been lenient in the past to stuff like Mirai Nikki or Muv-Luv, but if I'm gonna watch some super violent and mostly dumb action anime, I'd rather not have it be full of blackness.

I dunno guys, the polka dots were rather fashionable. Rolling Eyes

But seriously, while the dots and the flying black square cracked me up, the amount of times that more than half the screen was black-barred was a tad on the ridiculous side.
*joins the line for the uncensored version*

The idea is that a censored TV run = more people buying uncensored bluray/DVDs.

Airing uncensored anime with gore and/or nudity should not be a problem on paper because late night anime airs in Japan late at night.

They probably put effort in a gory show because the home video versions will most likely be uncensored.
