So they're all female voice actresses pretending to be boys pretending to be girls? A bit disappointing, I was hoping for some actual male seiyuu on this one.

So it's three girl-girls and one "trap"? (I haven't read the manga, I just assumed, being based on a manga from WAaI!, all the "girls" are "packing heat".)

If i'm not wrong it's quite a bit more common that females can sound manly, as opposed to males sounding like females. On that note, I actually didn't know it was a female that voiced Edward until I looked it up after watching the entire series... same goes of Alphonse

Yeah, I know many boys in anime (and even in western cartoons) are voiced by women. I think Bob's Burgers is one of the rare exceptions on either side of the Pacific where the opposite is true, two female characters (Linda and Tina) voiced by men. Well, them and Miss Piggy, of course.
I was just hoping they'd go the Tamako Market route and have a crossdressing character actually voiced by an actual male. |

Despite Nagisa from Assassination Classroom looking feminine they kind of just skipped the male part about him and made him 100% sound like a girl. At least Goku sounds the part of a guy, they just said *** it for Nagisa. |

If it is, then the ecchi better be all of Hime dammit. I will be platinum-mad if we don't get at least one cockbulge. But the source manga from what I read is pretty tame actually. |
