Maybe it'll look different painted, but something doesn't look right in the face to me. It's not that it doesn't look good, but it doesn't quite look like Sakura.

I was trying to place the outfit to an episode, but with no success.
Her face seems okay to me, but it's hard to tell until she gets painted. I'd be more worried about how the Clow cards and the Clow Book get painted. I have only one FuRyu figure, but it's not terrible quality-wise, so I'll be keeping an eye on this one. It's Sakura, and it shouldn't be terribly expensive, so what's the downside? |

It's probably the nose. Most FuRyu figures have that tiny pointed nose that doesn't look right on anime figures. Oh, and thanks for the link back to Tomopop, Bamboo! We really appreciate it!

It was announced last December during one of those GSC live video presentations. However, they seem to be denying it now. Didn't help that at the following Wonder Festival Max Factory was showing off their old Sakura garage kits and somehow got fans thinking it was being turned into a PVC the same way their Belldandy GK was. Yeah, I guess it is the outfit from the first opening. Plus, it's obviously the staff from the first two seasons. |
