I was just wondering if there was any April Fool's joke played anywhere on the site. I understand that ANN is all about professionalism, but still, it would have kind of been nice to see a little humor within the site. If there was, I missed it comepletely because the forums, the news, the Click and the other Articles, were all legit. Guess I'm just a tad bit dissapointed is all.

We used to do a full day of April Fools joke news articles every April 1. Last year we decided to do away with that tradition.
I do admit I miss it, it was fun. Nonetheless, we will not be picking up that tradition again in the future. We no longer feel that the news is the appropriate place for jokes of that sort. However we're not ruling out future April fools jokes, we just need to think of something that is actually worth doing. -t |
