Cool! I've only seen it on Cartoon Network and they whacked it up a bit. Looking forward to it since the Tenchi is my favorite anime.

Ah, that is who owns it now. Anyone know if it is the dub, and if it is uncut, with the good parts left in? Also, does anyone know if they will only show the OVA, or more as well?

Just saw it. What the he(ck) did I just watch? It seemed to be rather silent. Very odd. Very very odd.
It is annoying that there are no title translations (in a dub for goodness sakes).
Like many anime, however, it should become clearer and smoother in the next few episodes (I dearly hope).
BTW it has been said that I-Channel does not edit anime.

Indeed, it seems to be a completely unedited copy. However, the sound is messed up and sounds very hollow.

I want to see Tenchi Muyo, especially when they get Tenchi Muyo GXP. |
You might not have to worry about GPX or the 3rd Tenchi OVA Series, becasue CN might snatch it up.

It seems alot better than what they showed on cartoon network though and I'm happy to see it unedited this time around

It sounded the same to me. The first episode always sounded like that. The rest of the episodes should sound much better.
I hope it'll be fully uncut, I mean my public channel (you know, the one with Barney on it) used to show fully uncut anime, including Tenchi. Unfortunately I didn't get to see it, they showed it before I was really into anime.

i'm confused, how is this station able to run their animes uncensored on basic cable? i mean it's not a premiumm channel and anyone with digital can access it, but when CN as much as shows a beer can, people scream blooody murder. can someone explain to me how this works exactly?

It's not really basic cable. I have Comcast digital cable in Philly and I don't have TechTV.
But, anyway, it depends on who the station wants to gear their programming towards. TechTV is aimed at the 20-somethings while CN is aimed at children (for the most part....Adult Swim being the only exception).
