I could definitely go for a season two, with perhaps more focus on Rin and why she talks like a cat, and A-Rise as well

I'm fully expecting a Season 2, with how great the first one sold. I want to see this become another really big franchise, since I loved every minute of it!

Huh, I thought a review for Girls und Panzer would have been out by now. At least before Love Live.

Yeah, and maybe next time we can actually see them get into the Love Live tournament. Also, I agree with getchman; Rin needs more love.

I enjoyed it enough to import it! For anyone who's interested, the Japanese BD releases have English subtitles, and the limited versions are really nicely presented.

I enjoyed this one. It always felt fresh and fun, and there was some excellent humour at times.

I wouldn't have thought to import them, as I figured they wouldn't be subtitled. Thanks for the info on the BD releases! Though my bank account doesn't thank you

You could always just wait for NISA's releases down the road. TBQH, I see no reason to import it when I already know it's coming.

I just finished the series as I'm a bit behind on wrapping up the Winter shows. It's rare that I agree with everything a reviewer says but Rebecca accurately expressed my thoughts on the show, even down to the gripes about the breast fondling, the CGI and the stagnant and under-utilised characters.
I will add however that I didn't like the cliched ending, which included a rather glaring plot hole, which was the concert. Natsuiro Kiseki also had a "must transfer away" plotline and I felt it handled it much better than Love Live! did. Interesting that I rated the two shows the same; they were good in different areas.
