I never got a chance to play the DS game. Anime hyper I can't find copies of it around me anymore... Anime cry

I'll watch it just for Juunichi Suwabe and Takahiro Sakurai.
Normally, I'd say I'm watching it for Kamiya Hiroshi as well...but the hero of this anime doesn't see all that cool...not yet. I might change my mind when I watch it though.

Its similar to the main series, Shin Megami Tensei correct? I should play Devil Survivor 2.

Right. Devil survivor is a spinoff of persona which is a spinoff of shin megami tensei and plays like a SRPG (think fire emblem and valkyria chronichles) and yeah you should. Its a pretty great game Smile .

Devil Survivor isn't a spinoff of Persona, it's a completely different spinoff of the Megami Tensei series.

Anyways, keep on getting more and more excited for this. Loved the original DeSu, and DeSu2 is on it's way from Amazon, so I'll hopefully finish the game by the time the anime begins.

I am so excited for this~! :'D

DeSu2 was great, though I'm still kinda surprised they didn't go with DeSu1 to start out with. It may confuse some of the new people who've never played the games... Either way, I'm still looking forward to seeing Hiroshi Kamiya. I'm surprised they were able to get such an all star cast for this. I thought it was a pretty niche thing, but I guess it might be pretty popular in Japan.

So I'm looking forward to everyone eating takoyaki together. x3
