What exactly did they edit out of that episode, cause they left in some nudity which I acually figured [as] would edit.

All I remember is a swear-word being bleeped, but there may have been more.
That episode is just random flashes of pictures and re-used footage, and plenty of psychobabble. |

they cut out "goddamn", which is weird cause they didn't do it in episode 18.

AS has been getting sloppy with their Anime for the past weeks. Bleeping out curse words on a show shown at 2 am in the morning, someone is smoking something up there lol.

Nah some parent is staying up all night watching every channel just waiting for a bad word or bad scene to go beserk over.

I was surprised to see spoiler[(as one of Shinji's thoughts) Misato, Asuka, and Rei topless and asking him to "become one" with each of them.]
Talk about fan service! I know that was wishful thinking by Shinji, especially given the fact he is still 14. Even if he thought it was cool of Misato to say what he thought she was saying, that's something which usually gets the flag thrown by people at Standards and Practices. I was surprised to see what I saw and hear what I heard. I just thought that sequence was odd. At the end of the episode there was spoiler[the off-screen sex scene between Misato and Kaji-- "Don't stick that thing in there!" she tells him]. I'm not sure why that sequence was included in the episode unless it serves character development purposes-- from a plot standpoint, I didn't see the need for it. I don't mind the scene, I'm just trying to place it within the context of the episode and the series. |

It might have in some way been for character development or if anyone listened to the last words that Kaji said,he might know that something big will happen. |
