Aww, you didn't mention just how LOL-worthy the exposition scenes were. You also didn't mention how many of these characters didn't even know basic facts about their own powers, like how the powers of each person reflect which tarot card they formed a contract with. But wait, there's more. Some of them didn't know which powers the others had, despite them all being part of the same organisation. I couldn't believe how shockingly retarded the writing was.

I can believe that second bit - the way things fall it's not exactly necessary for them to know everybody's powers and I can believe them not going out of their ways to rectify the situation.

Yeah, I'm having a lot of trouble watching this show. There are so many better shows out this season I think I am just going to drop it.

I'm still watching this series although might drop soon.
Wonder when the real duel starts so the action, drama, and story can start picking up.

Yeah, the main thing that got me was the horrible writing, but I even decided to get past that if they would just hurry up and get on with the story. Maybe I'll just wait for the episode numbers to grow and come back because I really liked (what was supposed to be) the plot.

I have to agree with all of Carlo's scores here. The show's budget is reflected in the lack of animation. I wish it wasn't so obvious, but then the lack of any consequential writing in this show makes the viewer notice the deficiencies more, since there is no real plot to engage the braincells.
I have to give props to some of the voice actors though, who seem to be contributing genuine effort to their roles. In particular, Hiroyuki Yoshino as Debito brings a very "italian gangster" flair to his role.

Truly, the saving grace for the show is that cast of actors. Its just a shame that there's not much redeeming about the show otherwise (its not even "so bad its good").
