K I'm confused. Is Itsuki Noya a boy or a girl? because in the picture, I think the person's wearing a girls uniform....
but baka updates says its a guy:
Noya Itsuki just started his school year at the Ebisugawa High School and since he has always had a fascination with space, he decides to join the astronomy club. However, he mistakenly walks into the all girls Otaku Club. He notices that the members are really weird, but Itsuki has yet to realize that he isn’t in the astronomy club. His life is about to get complicated by being surrounded by so many girls.
Help please?

Itsuki Noya is a boy.
A*******i even mentions the crossdressing part. Besides doubt the fact can have eluded every translated source as the manga was published already back in 2008... (Disclaimer: I haven't read the manga in question or have any skills to check the untranslated sources...)
Of course, they might go for an anime-original direction with the show, though I doubt that...

I'm ashamed to admit it, but I'd watch this just for the cross-dressing MC >.<

I saw a tweet about this show and that was my first thought, but then I saw the characters designs and I suddenly went "meh" on it.

[i] I'm not sure if it is a trap but, whomever doing the anime adaptation sure loves the suspense because it's working against the viewers perception, making it more of a game to figure out each episode if it's a boy or girl, that's what I think the author doing drawing you in by using something that draws in attention, the next thing you know they go on about is that other girl really a girl.. *facepalm* [i]
