Sorry if this isn't allowed, but I just wanted to help with the purchase of legal MP3.

A couple of years ago my friend stumbled on an article here about a Japanese music store called Music Ocean that's apparently owned by NTT Communications. Anyway, he told me that he was able to use his U.S. credit/debit card and made some purchases (couple of anime openings). He told me he got an email saying the site closed down last year, but funny enough I stumbled across it and it's still up. Here's the link: musico.jp (might need a translator like google or bing).

I apologize, but it may look like that after a couple of years, the site might just be for mobile phones.
