yes. this tetsujin28 sites had the trailer for a couple of months. infact AICN posted this news thing and i put a piece up at twitchfilm.com saying it was old news (yet still interesting). todd from twitchfilm.com posted the trailer and link a couple of months back whilst working on themovieblog.com .... AICN arent always there first!

Is this the one based on the Gigantor 60's anime? And why is it in black and white. I doubt the special effects will be all that great, considering how the Japanese do special effects.

The original series was in B&W, having the movie in B&W just feels right. I wouldn't hate the show if it was in vivid full color, but I think I'd like it more if it went back to its roots, if just for a little while. It certainly wouldn't be the first modern movie to be done in B&W.
