| Tenchi Muyo! Ryo Ohki (OAV 3/2003) | Worst ever | This was an abomination of Tenchi Muyo. They wasted the near limitless potential provided by story threads from the first two OVAs with unnecessary characters, an awful story involving Mihoshi's brother, and a rushed, nonsensical climax that spoiled all the built up tension. Not to mention that for a good two or three episodes nothing happened whatsoever. Tenchi was a practical nonentity in a show about him. I have rarely been so outraged in my life as an anime fan as when I saw this. Masaki Kajishima should be ashamed of himself.
