Birmingham Comic Con to host UK's first showing of Short Peace: Ranko Tsukigime's Longest Day
Anime and manga fans rejoice! Bandai Namco Games will be giving visitors to this weekend's MCM Birmingham Comic Con the first UK showing of the unique anime and videogame package, Short Peace: Ranko Tsukigime's Longest Day, as well as a hands-on with epic manga-based fighter JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle.
On each day of the show, Bandai Namco Games will also be giving away five art books to those who achieve the fastest time on the 'Subway' stage of Short Peace, a runner-style platformer produced by the legendary Suda51 (No More Heroes) and based on Katsuhiro Ōtomo's anime anthology.
To enter, simply take a photo of your fastest time and tweet it to @MCMExpo and @NamcoBandaiUK including #Topscore and #ShortPeace.
In addition, show visitors will be able to challenge Bandai Namco's very own fighting game expert, Edwin Chuah, to a JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle showdown ahead of the game's 25 April launch. Edwin will be available to challenge on stand 18, on Saturday and Sunday from 10am-11am and 2pm-3pm; beat him and you'll win an exclusive Bandai Namco goodie bag!
Bandai Namco will also be joining Manga UK on stage at 1pm on Saturday of MCM Birmingham Comic Con to talk about both Short Peace: Ranko Tsukigime's Longest Day and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle, covering the key features of each game and screening the latest trailers.
