Onna! Announces New Guest: Tania Del Rio

Onna!, is excited to announce that Tania Del Rio, artist of
"Sabrina the Teenage Witch" for Archie Comics, will be joining us for
our three-day festival of women's roles in animation and comics on
October 8-10, 2005, in Newark, NJ.

Tania has always loved comics and she's thrilled to be working on one
of her favorite titles- "Sabrina The Teenage Witch!".She received an
animation degree from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, and
recently, her comic "Lovesketch" was one of ten finalists to appear in
Tokyopop's anthology, Rising Stars of Manga Volume 2. Now she's joined
Archie Comics to give their classic American girl's comic a
manga-inspired makeover.

Tania joins Paige Braddock, author and artist of "Jane's World"; Sin
Comix, and Lililicious as a Guest of Onna!. There will also be a wide
variety of panels, workshops, games and video programming highlighting
women's roles in animation and comics.
