Story also revealed for collaboration anime between Studio Trigger, Tsuburaya Pro

The official website for Studio Trigger and Tsuburaya Productions' SSSS.Gridman anime series began streaming a new promotional video for the series on Monday. The site also revealed the show's October 6 premiere, and third key visual.

The show will premiere on WOWOW on October 6 at midnight (effectively October 7), before airing later that evening on Tokyo MX, MBS, and BS11. Funimation will stream the anime on its FunimationNow streaming service this fall, and it will have an English dub.

The site also revealed the show's story:

You're not alone. On any day, anywhere.
Yūta Hibiki, who is a first-year high school student living in Tsutsujidai, one day wakes up to find he has lost his memories. And he meets the "Hyper Agent Gridman" on his old computer
Gridman says that Yūta has a mission he must fulfill, and Yūta sets out to find the meaning to those words and his memory loss.
Yūta's friends — Shō Utsumi, Rikka Takarada, and Akane Shinjō — would always help him and spend their days with him. But, their tranquil days are suddenly and easily crushed with the appearance of kaijū.

The anime stars:

In addition, Keiichi Hasegawa (Rage of Bahamut Genesis, 009-1: The End of the Beginning, Zoids) is writing the scripts, and Tsuburaya Productions' Masayuki Gotou (Baton, recent Ultraman franchise installments) is designing the Gridman. Shinji Nishikawa (Godzilla series), Hiroshi Maruyama (Ultraman series), and Ichirō Itano (Ultraman Nexus CG motion director) are the kaijū (monster) designers. Masaru Sakamoto is the character designer. Pony Canyon is producing the music.

Shiro Sagisu (Shin Godzilla, Evangelion is composing the show's music, Toshiki Kameyama (Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, Hidamari Sketch) is the sound director, and Eiko Morikawa is returning from the original Denkō Chōjin Gridman live-action show to handle the sound effects.
