Laid-Back Camp Anime's 1st DVD, BD Includes Extra 'Episode 0' Anime

New anime to tell story before Nadeshiko joins club

The official Twitter account for the television anime of Afro's Yurucamp (Yurukyan△, Laid-Back Camp Δ) manga revealed on Saturday that the anime's first Blu-ray Disc and DVD will feature a "Heya Camp Episode 0" anime on the disc. The anime will tell a story before Nadeshiko joins the club. The Twitter account revealed four screenshots from the anime on Saturday.

The first DVD and Blu-ray Disc volume will ship on March 28.

The anime premiered on January 4, and Crunchyroll is streaming the series as it airs. The anime's official site lists the series with 12 episodes.

Yoshiaki Kyougoku (Kuroko's Basketball and Robotics;Notes episode director, Tokyo Ghoul unit director) is directing the series at C-Station (STARMYU, Dragonar Academy). Jin Tanaka (Kirakira ☆ Precure a la Mode, Anne-Happy) is handling the series composition, and Mutsumi Sasaki (Dragonar Academy, Chaos;HEAd, Phantom ~Requiem for the Phantom~) is the character designer. Akiyuki Tateyama (Kuma Miko: Girl Meets Bear, Idol Incidents) is composing the music at MAGES. Asaka is performing the opening theme song "SHINY DAYS," while Eri Sasaki is performing the ending theme song "Fuyu Biyori."

The "slow outdoor manga" follows two young women. Rin likes to go camping by herself along the lakes that provide a scenic view of Mt. Fuji. Nadeshiko loves to take cycling trips by herself to places where she can see Mt. Fuji. After they meet, Rin and Nadeshiko take camping trips, eat cup ramen together, and enjoy the scenery. Yen Press will release the first volume of the manga in March.
