Fire Emblem Heroes Outlines New Story, Heroes in November Update
posted on by Rafael Antonio Pineda
Nintendo revealed the upcoming updates for its Fire Emblem Heroes smartphone game on a "Feh Channel" video on Tuesday. The updates involve the story's Book II, as well as new summoning events.
In Book II, Fjorm, the Princess of Ice, fights Surtr, the Ruler of Flame. Fjorm is a guaranteed hero for any player who finishes the first chapter of the new story.
New Summoning events include the "Farfetched Heroes" event, which added the characters Mia, Lute, and Dorcas. Joshua also appears in a new paralogue chapter tied to the event.
In the game, players take on the role of a summoner who can summon heroes from previous Fire Emblem games. The characters have new illustrations from a variety of artists and newly recorded voice-overs. Like the main games in the Fire Emblem series, Fire Emblem Heroes features tactical battles where the player commands an army. In addition to the main quest, the game offers a training mode for leveling up the characters.
