Toshintoshi: Girls Gift 3DS RPG Opening Streamed

Video game producer Imageepoch (Fate/Extra, Luminous Arc, 7th Dragon, Toki Towa) began streaming the opening video for its Toshintoshi: Girls Gift role-playing game for the Nintendo 3DS last month. The company is producing the game with adult game brand Alice Soft. The video features the game's opening song "Light of Love" by Rekka Katakiri (Shin Koihime Musō, Kokoro Connect theme song performance).
The story begins in the city of fighters during a tournament to decide the greatest fighter in the world. The warrior who wins receives the title of "Warrior God." The hero of the story, Seed, is a swordsman who trains alongside his childhood friend Hazuki, who is also his teacher's daughter and the object of his affections. However, Seed's rival Birnas challenges Seed to see who can win the tournament... with Hazuki's hand in marriage on the line.
The game stars Ai Matayoshi (Yozakura Quartet, Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere) as Hazuki Mizuhara, Yu Shimamura (Tanken Driland - 1000-nen no Mahō -, Mobile Suit Gundam AGE) as Serena, Mai Kadowaki (Fate/stay night, Gen'ei o Kakeru Taiyō) as Sakyua, and Kaori Nazuka (.hack//Roots, Nagi no Asukara) as Craia. The game is slated for release on January 30, 2014, with a physical copy of the game costing 6,279 yen (about US$64) and a downloable copy costing 5,600 yen (about US$57).
