UK's MVM Ent. Adds 3 The Familiar of Zero Anime Seasons

British anime distributor MVM Entertainment announced on Saturday that it licensed the first three seasons of the fantasy television anime The Familiar of Zero for home video release. The second season, Zero no Tsukaima: Futatsuki no Kishi, and the third season, Zero no Tsukaima: Princess no Rondo, have not been released in North America.

The Familiar of Zero anime adapted the late Noboru Yamaguchi's light novel series, and four television seasons were produced. The first season of The Familiar of Zero was previously licensed by Geneon Entertainment and eventually distributed by FUNimation Entertainment. Funimation cited low sales as the reason why it did not renew its license of the first season or pick up later seasons. Sentai Filmworks licensed the fourth season, The Familiar of Zero F.
