Trailer: Live-Action Space Battleship Yamato

Released to DVD and Blu-ray on August 19.

Manga Entertainment's UK youtube channel is streaming trailers for the live-action film version of Space Battleship Yamato [2010], released on DVD and Blu-ray on August 19. SMAP band member Takuya Kimura, who voiced the title character in Hayao Miyazaki's Howl's Moving Castle, leads the cast as Susumu Kodai. The film is directed by Takashi Yamazaki, the director best known for Returner, Always: Sunset on Third Street, and Ballad.
