One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2 Ships 500,000 Units

Namco Bandai Games producer Kōji Nakajima stated that the company shipped 500,000 copies of One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2 on Wednesday, the day the game went on sale in Japan.
Namco Bandai President Satoshi Ōshita announced in a press conference earlier this month that 500,000 copies of the game were preordered for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita. He also stated that 1.2 million copies of the first game have shipped worldwide.
European and American branches will release the title for PlayStation 3 this summer.
