Yōsuke Matsuda Becomes Square Enix's Number Three
posted on by Joanne Mertz
Square Enix Holdings announced on Monday that Chief Financial Officer and board member Yōsuke Matsuda will be promoted to the role of a representative director, alongside CEO Youichi Wada and Executive Vice President Keiji Honda, for the purpose of strengthening the corporation's management structure.
Matsuda entered the former Square Co. in 1998, and although he resigned from the company once in 2000, he re-entered again in 2001. He worked as Chief Financial Officer in the holdings company since 2008, when it was established after the conclusion of the Square Enix merger in 2003.
