Square Enix Lists Subaseka -Crossover- CD

The Square Enix e-Store is currently listing a Subarashiki Kono Sekai -Crossover- CD. The CD will retail for 1,890 yen (about US$24), and pre-orders for the CD will begin on October 1. The item's description notes that the CD will "make the sounds of Subaseka more powerful."
A previous version of the CD listing's description had noted that the original Subaseka Nintendo DS game would be getting an iOS port in 2012, but that description has since been removed.
Square Enix had launched a countdown site at a web address with "Subaseka" in it on Monday. The countdown will end in less than three days. "Subaseka" is the abbreviation for Square Enix's Subarashiki Kono Sekai It's a Wonderful World action role-playing game, which was released in English as The World Ends with You. The website also plays remixed versions of music from the original Subaseka game and has a silhouetted background image of Shibuya, the area of Tokyo where the original game took place.
The video game website Siliconera noted on Friday Brian Gray, the lead translator on the English edition of The World Ends with You posted the following on his Twitter account on Thursday:
