Noitamina's 1st Psycho-Pass Promo Previews Staff, Cast

Reborn! creator Akira Amano designs character voiced by Tomokazu Seki

Fuji TV's Noitamina programming block began streaming the first full promotional video for Psycho-Pass, the anime that will air in Noitamina this October.

The video confirms that Reborn! manga creator Akira Amano is responsible for the original character designs. Tomokazu Seki will play a voice-acting role.

Update: The name of Seki's character is Shinya Kōgami. The tagline of the anime is, "That muzzle dispenses justice."
