Doraemon Co-Creator's Museum Attracts 500,000 in 1 Year

The Kawasaki City Fujiko F. Fujio Museum has attracted over 500,000 visitors as of Thursday. The museum, which honors the legacy of the late Doraemon co-creator Fujiko F. Fujio (born Hiroshi Fujimoto), just opened on September 3, 2011. The museum staff congratulated the 500,000th guest, and the curator gave her and her father a special giant Doraemon stuffed animal.
