Kunihiko Ikuhara/Penguindrum's 'Penguinbear' Site Opens

At this week's Comic Market 82 event, King Record's Starchild label is selling a set of Mawaru Penguindrum character goods that includes the Takakura family's bear plush ("nearly life-size") and three out of 10 randomly distributed postcards. One of the 10 cards has a picture of the bear and the http://www.penguinbear.com/ web address.
The website at that address lists an "Kunihiko Ikuhara/Penguinbear Project," and it has the tagline, "Find out, without getting caught in that clear storm." Ikuhara was the director and co-head writer of last year's Mawaru Penguindrum anime.
