Sentai Filmworks Adds Nakaimo TV Anime
posted on by Egan Loo
The North American anime licensing company Sentai Filmworks announced at its Otakon panel on Sunday that it acquired the NAKAIMO - My Little Sister Is Among Them! (Kono Naka ni Hitori, Imōto ga Iru!) anime.
Hajime Taguchi's original light novels are inspiring the ongoing television anime series. The story center around Shōgo Mikadono, the son of an industrial magnate named Kumagorō Mikadono who passed away. As a final wish, Kumagorō gave Shōgo a condition before Shōgo can inherit the family legacy — find his female mate at school. Shōgo transfers into a school to fulfill that condition. However, he learns that he has a younger sister who was separated at birth. He does not know what his long-lost sister looks like, but she happens to be one of the students at his new school.
Takahiro Sakurai stars in the series as Shōgo, and Kaori Ishihara, Ayane Sakura, Ayana Taketatsu, Asuka Ōgame, and Rina Hidaka voice the five female leads and sing the ending theme song "Heavenly Lover."
Crunchyroll has been streaming the anime as it airs in Japan.
Sentai Filmworks also noted that it licensed the Kids on the Slope anime and that Grave of the Fireflies will be released on Blu-ray Disc on November 12.
Update: Grave of the Fireflies Blu-ray's release date corrected. Thanks, NJ_.
