posted on by Jennifer Sherman
According to TV Guide and Zap2it television listings, Shinji Aramaki and AIC Spirits' action anime Viper's Creed will air on the American television channel G4 in October. Those schedules list episode 1, titled "Cyclops", as airing on G4 on October 21 at 11:30 p.m. (EDT), on October 23 at 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m., and on October 24 at 2:30 a.m. There are currently no television listings for further episodes of the police mecha anime.
Viper's Creed will begin airing immediately after Marvel's X-Men Anime series premieres on G4 at 11:00 p.m. (EDT) on October 21. Crackle and Hulu are now streaming all twelve English-dubbed episodes of Viper's Creed online.
The 2009 anime is set in the middle of the 21st century and revolves around the members of a private military company (PMC) equipped with transforming motorcycle/powered suits. There is uneasy tension between the PMC and the regular military as they deal with terrorism and the aftermath of a war that caused massive environmental destruction.
