Minori Chihara Sings Kyōkai Senjō no Horizon Opening

The official website for Sunrise's Kyōkai Senjō no Horizon (Horizon on the Middle of Nowhere) school fantasy television anime announced on Sunday that Minori Chihara will sing the opening theme song "Terminated." Chihara, the voice actress known for playing Yuki in Haruhi Suzumiya anime franchise and Chiaki Minami in Minami-ke, was already cast to voice the Kyōkai Senjō no Horizon heroine Horizon Ariadust/P-01s.
Bandai Visual's Lantis music label posted a video comment by Chihara about the announcement:
Sony Music Distribution will release the CD single for the song on October 19. (The anime by director Manabu Ono will also premiere in October.) The CD will include an entry form for a chance to win passes to a "secret" live concert.
Minoru Kawakami's original school fantasy light novel series is set in a distant future when Japan is divided into feudal territories and conquered by other countries. There is a floating city named Musashi that is composed of eight ships in the skies. The students on the Musashi will fight a war that will determine the fate of the world.
