MangaGamer to Sell Downloadable Adult Anime This Year

The European bishōjo game localizer MangaGamer announced at its Otakon panel on Sunday that it will be working with the studio Discovery to release adult anime in digital download-to-own format on its website. Discovery's titles include Night Shift Nurses, although MangaGamer has not announced which specific titles it will offer.
John Pickett, the head translator and marketing manager of MangaGamer, told ANN that it has no current plans for non-hentai anime. "At present we do not have arrangements with any other companies nor any immediate plans for non-adult anime. As for launch, our goal is to launch the new line before the year is over."
