Weekend Wrapup: 23/5 - 29/5

The weekend wrapup returns for a fairly successful week, with Eva:2.22 beating sales records, The premiere of the Iron Man Anime being announced and people being able to walk the streets of Akihabara on Sundays;
- "Pedestrian's Paradise" returns to Akihabara on Sundays after two years.
- Susan Boyle's "Who I Was Born to Be" will be the theme to upcoming movie Welcome to the Space Show.
- The first day sales of Evangelion: 2.0 You Can [Not] Advance (movie) (Eva: 2.22) topped one day sales with sold 124,000 DVDs and 195,000 Blu-ray Discs sold beating both Anime and Blu-Ray sales records.
- Studio Ghibli is animating two new shorts for the Ghibli Museum.
- Iron Man Anime preview date set in Japan and US.
