Remake of I.G's anime to open in U.K on Friday, in 8 states & D.C. on July 10
Samuel Goldwyn Films began streaming two more video clips from Chris Nohan's live-action adaptation of Production I.G's Blood: The Last Vampire film on the YouTube and UGO.com websites this week. South Korea's Jeon Ji-hyun (under her English name, Gianna Jun) plays the main character Saya, a sword-wielding girl hunting down supernatural creatures near an American military base in Japan. Japanese actress Koyuki plays her opponent Onigen. The film opens in the United Kingdom on Friday, and it will then play on at least 17 screens in eight states and Washington, D.C. in America on July 10. Wizard World Philadelphia held an advance screening last Friday.
