Rideback Anime's TV Ad Officially Posted Online
posted on by Egan Loo
The official website for the anime version of Tetsuro Kasahara's Rideback motorcycle robot manga has revamped itself with an official stream of its television ad. Rideback tells the story of a college student and her "iron horse" robot motorcycle in 2020, a tumultuous time of anti-government student protests. The advertisement features a song by the singer MELL (Black Lagoon, Hayate the Combat Butler, Shakugan no Shana). The website also includes new information about the story in the first episode, the characters in a relationship chart, and staff and cast listings. The original manga ran in Shogakukan's Ikki magazine from 2003 to 2008, and the 12-episode anime version will premiere in Japan on January 11.
