Devilman, Aim for the Ace Composer Misawa Passes Away

Goh Misawa had continued to compose music after moving to California
Goh Misawa, the composer of the Devilman (1972) and Aim for the Ace! (1973) anime television series, died of esophageal cancer in a hospital outside Palm Springs, California on the morning of November 20. He was 79. At his request, there will be no funeral held. In addition to composing for anime, Misawa worked on the soundtracks for drama series and commercials. In 1976, he moved to America, where he continued to create music and dub movies.
